Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party designated by you has received the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform F1 Monza, with registered office in Monza, Via Carlo Alberto 39, of your decision by sending a clear statement to the email address info@f1monza.com.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the request via email before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw, the payment you made will be refunded to you, excluding the shipping cost, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when F1 Monza receives your decision to withdraw. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received.

If you withdraw from a non-EU country, in addition to what has been said above, any customs costs that will be charged or requested will be deducted from the refund of the price of the returned item.

Upon receiving the confirmation of the email withdrawal from F1 Monza, you are requested to return it to F1 Monza without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The direct costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.

You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
